THE 60MIN PLANK POST THAT CHANGED MY LIFE

It is often the longest and most grueling 60 seconds of my life,  I sweat, I shake and often collapse in relief when its over. But spending quality time in a plank poses always pays off. 

Why is it important to have strong core?  Your role is made up of several muscles groups and  it covers your abdominal, back hips,  pelvics and buttocks which will lead u to a great relieve..
