The leadership of MasterPlace Global Mission has revealed a disturbing pattern where short, doctored sermon clips are deliberately taken out of context and pushed online to sell false narratives and draw social backlash against Pastor Korede Komaiya.
“These clips flying around are not what the Man of God said in context,” says Dr. Kayode Sunday, President of the organisation. “This is a calculated effort to mislead the public.”
Pastor Korede Komaiya is a respected, scandal-free pastor, known for sound teaching and kingdom principles—no criminal record, no marital scandal, no miracle merchandising.
Yet manipulated clips suddenly appear daily, saying different things. This is not journalism. This is not accountability. This is manipulation.
MasterPlace Global Mission calls for media responsibility, public discernment, and stronger social media regulations, as many well-meaning Nigerians and credible brands have suffered similar attacks.
